Here’s everything you need to know before booking your clean

Common Questions

  • No. We only use eco-friendly, fume-free cleaning products that are safe for your home, food, and family.
    Our products are biodegradable and leave no strong smells or residue behind — so you can cook again the same day.

  • Yes! Because we don’t use caustic or high-tox products, your oven or BBQ is safe to use immediately after we finish.

  • A standard oven clean takes around 1 to 1.5 hours.
    BBQs can take a little longer depending on size and condition.
    We’ll let you know exactly how long to expect when we arrive.

  • Absolutely. We fully dismantle the oven door and clean between the glass panels so everything looks spotless again.

  • Never. We lay protective mats and towels before starting and clean up everything before we leave.
    You’ll walk back into a kitchen that’s sparkling and ready to go.

  • We recommend a professional clean every 3–6 months, depending on how often you cook.
    Regular cleans help your oven last longer, cook more evenly, and stay safe from build-ups and smells.

  • We cover the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter, Maitland, Sydney, and surrounding areas.
    If you’re nearby, chances are we come to you — just send us a quick message to check.

  • All cleaning products, protective coverings, full internal and external clean, rack and tray soak, and glass polish.
    There are no hidden fees — we’ll always confirm your quote before we start.

  • Yes! We offer rangehood and cooktop cleaning as either stand-alone services or as add-ons to your oven or BBQ clean.

  • Yes, our team is fully insured, experienced, and police-checked for your peace of mind.

  • Yes — we can handle small commercial or café ovens and BBQs on request.
